Position Description:
Employees in this job function are responsible for translating desired business capabilities into • Responsible for application design, installation, configuration and development support activities for B2Bi, Web and Mainframe applications • Demonstrate a good level of expertise in one or more technical environments (software packages, programming language, database, operating system), and a good knowledge of EDI Solution • Responsible for quality of solution in each environment and for each trading partner • Coordinate with related work streams / teams including infrastructure teams, Client Customer Service Division and Manufacturing • Perform systems tuning and diagnostics on UNIX, LINUX and WINDOWS platforms • 5+ years of experience in a wide range of business areas of supply chain management including system development, business intelligence, business processes and customer relations. • 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Application Integration, middleware, or other integration experience. • 5+ years of experience with architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, uml diagrams, network connectivity and communication protocols • Proficiency with EDI mapping tools, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, UNIX. LINUX, Windows, SQL Server, MQ Series

Additional Information:
Hybrid with 4 days a week expected onsite. The manager is looking for an EDI Architect. Some candidates submitted as EDI Mappers do not meet the requirement - the manager is not looking for someone who only performs data conversions. They need someone who can handle the full scope of EDI architecture. An EDI Architect is a senior IT professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing EDI system integrations. These systems enable businesses to electronically exchange critical documents - such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping notices - with partners, suppliers, and customers. Please ensure that candidates submitted meet the full architectural and integration scope, rather than just mapping or conversion experience.
