Constructability Review SpecialistThe Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.We are seeking an experienced Constructability Review Specialist to support LAUSD's Facilities Services Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned architecture or construction professional with extensive experience in preconstruction, constructability reviews, construction administration, and complex public/educational facilities.Key Responsibilities:Support the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative (OAR) throughout the preconstruction phase.Assist with defining and reviewing the Project Requirement Document, including scope, schedule, and interim housing requirements.Provide value engineering recommendations early in the design process.Review design deliverables to identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, conflicts, errors, and omissions to help minimize RFIs and change orders.Ensure proper coordination among design disciplines.Perform comprehensive constructability reviews of pre-bid construction documents.Collaborate closely with the Design Manager and OAR to resolve constructability and coordination issues.Perform other related duties as assigned.
