Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to lead and start our new plumbing division specializing in residential and commercial plumbing services. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can independently manage the entire division, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all activities within the plumbing division
Provide expert residential and commercial plumbing services
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulations
Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve issues
Troubleshoot and solve plumbing-related problems efficiently
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
Maintain physical stamina to perform demanding plumbing tasks

Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional plumbing experience
Strong ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures in plumbing
Excellent customer communication skills
Proven problem-solving capabilities
Effective time management skills
High level of physical stamina for demanding work
