Your Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support CNAs to ensure top-quality resident care
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Complete accurate documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges
Conduct daily rounds and respond promptly to resident needs
Foster a safe, clean, and comforting environment
What You Need to Succeed:
Active RN license in Illinois
A heart for senior care and a team-first mindset
Knowledge of health and safety protocols
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
