The Role The Director of Financial Reporting is responsible for the preparation of routine financial statements and related accounting/reporting deliverables, along with the application of GAAP and IFRS to complex/unique transactions. What You’ll Do Prepare periodic financial statement schedules and review account reconciliations and fluctuations Perform technical accounting research as needed and support the Controller/CAO on financial reporting projects Research and document new accounting standards for implementation Serve as lead point of contact for the annual audit Serve as lead point of contact for debt covenant reporting Serve as lead liaison with FP&A on joint Accounting/FP&A deliverables Partner with the General Ledger team to set up international entities and coordinate with the VP of Tax on related accounting matters Qualifications 5+ years of managerial experience in financial accounting and reporting CPA license required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Experience in data center, construction, or real estate environments highly encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
