Join our world class team and culture and contribute to our core mission which is enhancing our customer's experience.\nPosition Summary:\n\nThe Senior Product Manager will spearhead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of sophisticated fintech products tailored to the captive auto finance sector. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep expertise in financial technology, auto lending processes, and Agile methodologies. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape product direction, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer experiences, optimize operational efficiency, and drive business growth that align with the company and business strategy. As a senior leader, you’ll mentor junior team members and influence company-wide product strategy. In addition, this role will work with the business units to create, maintain and optimize business processes to achieve maximum efficiency and scalability.\nThis role acts as a key point of contact for a business unit for any and all Technology related Products and Services if there are questions or escalations are needed. This individual is ideally involved in Business Unit staff meetings and strategy sessions.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\n Define and champion the long-term vision and roadmap for auto finance products, aligning with Stellantis Financial Services objectives and industry trends.\n Identify high-impact opportunities by analyzing market dynamics, competitor offerings, and emerging fintech innovations (e.g., AI-driven credit scoring, blockchain-based contracts).\n Drive thought leadership by proposing and validating new product concepts to maintain a competitive edge in the auto finance market.\n Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements definition to development, launch, and post-launch optimization—for complex solutions (e.g., loan origination platforms, digital wallets, dealer financing tools, etc).\n Translate business needs and customer pain points into detailed product requirements, epics, features, user stories, and technical specifications.\n Prioritize feature development based on ROI, customer value, and strategic alignment, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals.\n Lead collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, data science, sales, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and user-friendly products.\n Act as the primary liaison with senior stakeholders, including dealership partners, lending institutions, and C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and adoption.\n Partner with Vendor Management and Procurement for RFPs or contract negotiations.\n Partner with IT Architects, EPMO and Development to assess costs and high level timelines.\n Work with Business leaders to provide business cases and shepherd through the process for approval.\n Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within the team.\n Leverage advanced analytics to monitor product performance, track KPIs (e.g., loan approval rates, time-to-funding, customer satisfaction), and identify areas for improvement.\n Design and oversee A/B tests, MVPs, and iterative releases to validate hypotheses and refine product offerings.\n Partner with data teams to integrate predictive models or machine learning into products, enhancing decision-making and personalization.\n Ensure all products comply with auto finance regulations (e.g., TILA, ECOA, UDAAP) and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).\n Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks related to lending practices, cybersecurity, and customer data handling.\n Anticipate and address potential scalability or operational challenges as products grow in adoption.\n Advocate for exceptional user experiences across all touchpoints, from borrower applications to dealer workflows and lender dashboards.\n Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to refine features and address friction points in the auto finance journey standard\n Drive initiatives to enhance customer retention and loyalty through innovative fintech solutions.\n Lead Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) with a focus on fostering team autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient delivery and adaptability to changing priorities.\n\n Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on organizational needs.\n\nQualifications and Competencies Required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\n Demonstrates strong business acumen and strategic thinking, aligning product initiatives with organizational goals, market opportunities, customer needs, and profitability objectives.\n Utilizes data, research, and critical thinking to evaluate complex issues, identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive informed decision-making.\n Champions the customer experience by understanding stakeholder needs, leveraging feedback, and developing innovative, value-driven digital solutions.\n Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, builds strong cross-functional partnerships, facilitates collaboration, and influences stakeholders at all levels.\n Leads through influence, drives organizational change, develops implementation plans, builds commitment, and supports teams through transition and transformation.\n Effectively manages competing priorities, delegates responsibilities appropriately, organizes resources, and ensures timely delivery of high-quality results.\n Demonstrates integrity, adaptability, dependability, and a commitment to excellence while upholding organizational values, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nRequired Experience:\n\n Minimum of five (5) years of experience driving digital transformation initiatives, enabling and optimizing digital business processes, developing and executing strategic product roadmaps, and operating within a project-based environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.\n\nEducation:\n\n Minimum 5+years experience in product management with a focus on enabling digital processes, executing strategic roadmaps, and operating within a project environment or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.\n Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.\n\nSkills Required:\n\n Vision and Strategy: Ability to define a clear product vision and align it with business goals, while breaking it down into an actionable roadmap.\n Customer-Centric Thinking: Deep understanding of user needs through research, feedback, and empathy to ensure the product solves real problems.\n Prioritization: Expertise in frameworks like MoSCoW, RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort), or Weighted Scoring to prioritize features and tasks effectively.\n Outcome Focus: Emphasis on delivering measurable value (e.g., revenue growth, user engagement) rather than just outputting features.\n Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, including understanding roles (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master), ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives), and artifacts (e.g., product backlog, user stories).\n Backlog Management: Skill in grooming and refining the product backlog, writing clear and concise user stories (e.g., "As a [user], I want [feature] so that [benefit]"), and defining acceptance criteria.\n Iterative Development: Comfort with delivering incremental value, testing assumptions quickly, and pivoting based on feedback or data.\n Sprint Planning and Execution: Ability to collaborate with teams to set realistic sprint goals, manage scope, and adapt to changes mid-sprint when necessary.\n Cross-Functional Teamwork: Strong ability to work with developers, designers, QA, marketing, and other stakeholders to align efforts and resolve conflicts.\n Stakeholder Management: Skill in managing expectations of executives, customers, and team members, while advocating for the product vision.\n Facilitation: Competence in leading Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint reviews) and fostering open dialogue.\n Storytelling: Ability to communicate the "why" behind product decisions to inspire teams and gain buy-in.\n Data Proficiency: Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, or SQL to inform decisions and measure success.\n Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of software development concepts (e.g., APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.\n Experimentation: Familiarity with A/B testing, MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), and hypothesis-driven development to validate ideas quickly.\n Metrics Definition: Skill in identifying and tracking KPIs (e.g., Net Promoter Score, churn rate, conversion rate) relevant to the product.\n Flexibility: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adjust plans based on new information, market shifts, or team capacity.\n Creative Problem-Solving: Talent for finding innovative solutions to blockers, whether technical, operational, or customer-related.\n Risk Management: Ability to anticipate potential issues (e.g., scope creep, technical debt) and mitigate them proactively.\n Servant Leadership: A mindset of empowering and supporting the team rather than directing them, in line with Agile principles.\n Decision-Making: Confidence in making tough calls under uncertainty, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.\n Influence Without Authority: Skill in rallying teams and stakeholders around a shared vision, even without formal control over resources.\n Mentor less experienced product and development teams.\n\n Overtime required – required on an as needed basis.\n Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.\n Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA;
