The Team You’ll Work With
You will join our Private Equity Fund Administration sales team, serving clients primarily in Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate Funds. Your role involves introducing clients to our product suite, including fund administration, portfolio management, reporting, analytics, investor management, investor portals, valuations, and data collection.

You will also assist new PE funds during formation, advising on best practices and referring vendors such as fund formation lawyers and auditors.

The Problems You’ll Solve

• Communicate the business impact of our products to decision makers
• Influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
• Manage sales cycles up to 12 months
• Understand customer needs and act as a trusted advisor
• Build industry networks to increase visibility and opportunities
• Drive revenue via outbound prospecting
• Own the entire sales process from lead to close
• Develop sales strategies and plans to meet goals
• Participate in industry events and conferences

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5-10+ years of Fund Administration sales experience
• Deep understanding of fund structures (Private Equity, Venture Capital, etc.)
• Experience managing pipelines and closing large contracts
• Proven negotiation and closing skills
• Curious, quick learner

• Competitive, goal-oriented

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in venture capital, private equity, institutional investing, or wealth management
• Sales experience in SaaS or financial services

Salary
Multiple levels and locations; final offers vary based on experience and geography.

Benefits
Competitive salary, equity, benefits, and commissions. OTE range: $325,000 - $355,000.
