We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential, commercial, and union construction projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong leadership, project execution expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Lead end-to-end management of residential, commercial, and union construction projects.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure efficient and successful project delivery.
• Monitor progress and proactively address challenges that impact timelines, costs, or quality.
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with contractual requirements and client expectations.

Construction Operations

• Oversee daily field operations and project execution activities.
• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, workforce scheduling, and subcontractor activities.
• Maintain smooth project workflows across multiple active job sites.
• Ensure project teams have the resources necessary to achieve operational objectives.
• Manage shifting priorities while maintaining productivity and efficiency.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, union representatives, and field personnel.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and issue resolution.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Monitor project quality standards and ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular site reviews and inspections to verify workmanship and project quality.
• Identify and resolve construction discrepancies, field issues, and technical concerns.
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence across project teams.

Budget & Financial Management

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and job cost control activities.
• Track project expenses and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Review contracts, change orders, and subcontract agreements to ensure cost control and risk mitigation.
• Monitor project profitability and support financial reporting activities.

Problem Solving & Risk Management

• Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Resolve site conflicts, technical challenges, and operational issues efficiently.
• Manage project changes while minimizing schedule and budget impacts.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to support successful project outcomes.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Provide ongoing reporting related to project schedules, milestones, budgets, and operational performance.
• Track project KPIs and communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Demonstrated success delivering residential, commercial, and union construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience managing subcontractors, field crews, and multiple project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within project territories as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience working in high-volume construction environments.
• Knowledge of union labor agreements and construction workforce management.
• Familiarity with regional construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Experience with project management software and construction technology platforms.
