By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.Job responsibilitiesDefine and deconstruct problems, and analyze operational and financial dataPerform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sourcesStructure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analysesIdentify implications and “so whats” of data and analysis within the teamWork collaboratively with team members across lines of business and cross-functional teamsSupport planning and coordination of leadership meetings and strategic events Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communicationsContribute to the development and execution of technology strategy and prioritiesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of modern technology concepts and terminology, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and data analytics, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field. Ability to assist in the development of technology strategies and support implementation effortsDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesProficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and AI-powered applications to drive insights and efficiencyExperienced in planning and leading leadership meetings, strategic events, and managing multiple client projects and workstreams.Collaborative team player, skilled in building solution roadmaps and developing junior team members through mentorship.
