What’s a typical day as Recruiter? You’ll be: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functional areas and locations. Partnering with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans. Ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers through timely communication and professional service. Leveraging various sourcing strategies to proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Researching labor market trends to align recruitment strategies with industry conditions. Continuously evaluating and improving recruitment processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates, track metrics, and maintain accurate recruitment records. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required). Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Show initiative, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive information. Leverage emotional intelligence to build relationships internally and externally. Preferably have experience with Workday ATS, recruiting for hourly production roles, or are bilingual (these are a plus, but not required).
