Job Description The Learning & Development Facilitator is a dynamic instructor responsible for delivering blended learning curricula to a diverse range of job roles across DPR’s family of companies. This role ensures a world‑class learner experience through expert classroom and virtual management, subject‑matter expertise, and adaptability in instructional style. The facilitator leverages organizational acumen to provide meaningful context for learners and partners closely with People Practices teams and business stakeholders. The position reports to the L&D Delivery Team Leader. Key Responsibilities Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for employees at all levels, both in‑person at various locations and remotely. Demonstrate expert classroom management skills to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Effectively manage group dynamics, encourage participation, and address disruptive behaviors with professionalism and empathy. Adapt training delivery based on audience needs, learning styles, and varying levels of experience. Use a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles and maintain learner engagement throughout the session. Connect employees and coaches to learning resources and development opportunities as requested. Support training logistics and administration (e.g., reconciling attendance in Workday Learning). Consult with team leaders and stakeholders on expectations and needs in advance of workshops so the training can be tailored to the workgroup’s goals. Share training program feedback with the Talent & Development COE team and L&D Program Managers. Organize and manage preparation, facilitation, and travel schedules, making them transparent across the team. Travel at least 50% across the domestic U.S. Education Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Work Experience 6+ years of relevant experience as an instructional trainer, facilitator, or similar role, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Proficiency with the M365 suite, especially PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficiency with digital learning tools (e.g., LMS platforms, virtual meeting tools). Understanding of DPR’s learning catalog, including LinkedIn Learning. Language, Certifications and Licenses DPR will assist in obtaining certifications such as Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II, Enneagram Institute or similar, CliftonStrengths or similar, Building Great Coaches (internal). Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus. Work Environment The role is performed in an indoor office environment. Physical Demands 1.
