Russo Bros. & Co. is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our busy, fast-paced team.
If you've worked in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, telecommunications, healthcare, insurance, retail, or another high-volume call center environment , your experience could be a great fit for this role.
???? THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB!
You'll be part of the team that customers turn to when they need heating, cooling, plumbing, and home services.
You'll handle a high volume of calls, schedule service appointments, communicate with customers and technicians, and help keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly.

???? WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and convert them into scheduled service appointments
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information and service records
- Communicate with Dispatch, technicians, and management to support smooth daily operations
- Assist customers with questions and service needs
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction
???? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
WE WANT PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE PHONE!
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, or dispatch experience is a BIG PLUS
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls
- Appointment scheduling or booking experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Ability to remain calm and professional with challenging customers
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher a plus
