Our current position offers a guaranteed salary, benefits, in‑house training and the potential to earn uncapped commission. Compensation & Training Base salary: up to $40,000 - $48,000 per year plus uncapped commission Complete benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) In‑house, hands‑on training provided Full‑time hours Guaranteed salary with opportunities for growth Tasks & Responsibilities Initiate calls to establish new relationships with customers Assist customers with the movement of supply chain operations Serve as liaison between customers, shippers, receivers and carriers, providing optimal customer service and updates throughout transit Find and maintain relationships with carriers to optimize transportation and logistics for your customers’ freight Negotiate pricing between all parties Manage daily shipments and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure pickup and delivery are on time, 24/7/365 Qualifications College degree preferred Ability to achieve sales goals in a fast‑paced environment Computer literate Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge in conflict resolution Sales experience preferred, but not required: great customer service and people skills Benefits 401(k) plan Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay Types Commission pay Travel Requirement No travel Work Location In person Job Type Full‑time #J-18808-Ljbffr
