Senior Research Associate

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Senior Research Associate will synthesize complex healthcare research data into compelling narratives, design and execute research studies, and present actionable insights to clients in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Synthesize research data into clear narratives for pharmaceutical and medtech clients Design and execute quantitative and qualitative healthcare research studies, including survey programming and data analysis Deliver findings to clients, translating data into meaningful business implications and strategic recommendations Required qualifications Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in research interview moderation Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python) Healthcare experience, education, or research background Experience presenting research findings directly to stakeholders or research sponsors Advanced degree preferred (PhD, MPH, MS), or a bachelor's degree with strong relevant experience
