Stand-Up Forklift Clamp Operator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Stand-Up Forklift Clamp Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is essential to ensuring efficient material handling, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth daily operations.

Pay Rate

$19.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 05:00am to 1:30pm. (sometimes OT available as well)

Stand-Up Forklift Clamp Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift with clamp attachment to load, unload, move, and stack products.
• Safely handle large or fragile items using clamp equipment to prevent damage.
• Perform accurate picking, staging, and put-away of materials.
• Inspect forklift and clamp equipment daily; report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as palletizing, labeling, and inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support workflow and productivity.

Stand-Up Forklift Clamp Operator Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ year of experience operating a stand-up forklift; clamp attachment experience strongly required.
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic math and reading skills for order accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Forklift Certification required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
