Acara Solutions is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial and vertical construction projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while maintaining schedule, productivity, quality, and safety.

About the Opportunity:

• Lead day-to-day field operations for vertical construction projects.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Work with the Project Manager on scheduling, staffing, and project execution.
• Monitor field productivity, progress, and construction quality.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, owners, architects, inspectors, and project teams.
• Provide direction, training, and support to field personnel.
• Assist with hiring and evaluation of field team members.
• Maintain strong working relationships with employees, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
• Resolve field issues and coordinate resources to keep projects moving.

What You'll Bring:

• 5 years minimum of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience.

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience managing commercial/vertical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction field operations and methods.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to provide clear direction and instructions to field teams.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work on active construction sites in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain. xhyhwjd
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and a government background check.
