To manage project installation from beginning to end, we are looking for a seasoned Commercial Roofing Traveling Superintendent.Position OverviewThe Roofing Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will involve managing teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining safety compliance on job sites.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate roofing projects from start to finishManage and lead a team of roofing professionals and subcontractorsEnsure all work is performed according to safety regulations and quality standardsCommunicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholdersConduct site inspections and maintain project documentationResolve issues and conflicts that arise during the projectMonitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates on progressQualificationsProven experience in roofing, particularly in commercial projectsStrong knowledge of construction practices and safety standardsExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with roofing systems, installation, and retail projects is a plusPrevious experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role is preferredBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonus
