Resident focuses on private offices, hospitality-driven service, and proactive community building that enables meaningful professional relationships and collaboration. This is your chance to join early and play a critical role in shaping the energy, culture, and daily rhythm of our flagship space in NYC. You’ll report directly to our Head of Community and work alongside our Founder & CEO, a successful entrepreneur with a previous exit, and gain firsthand experience building a brand and business from the ground up. About the Role This role is for a generalist. Someone resourceful, curious, and hands-on. You might not have all the answers, but you know how to find them. You’re entrepreneurial by nature, creative by instinct, and thrive in fast-moving environments. You’ll work directly with a founder who previously built and sold a tech company, and you’ll be part of building something new from the ground up. If you’re looking for structure and predictability, this probably isn’t for you.
