Plumbing Foreman - Direct HireBerlin, CT $40-$50/hr DOE + Full BenefitsWe are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to join a growing and well-established mechanical contractor serving commercial, industrial, and institutional clients throughout Connecticut. This is a direct hire opportunity with our client, offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and a strong pipeline of work.The ideal candidate will have experience leading plumbing crews, coordinating daily jobsite activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead plumbing crews on commercial construction projectsCoordinate daily work activities, manpower, and jobsite workflowRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsEnsure all work complies with plumbing codes, project requirements, and safety regulationsCoordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other tradesMonitor project progress and maintain schedulesOrder materials and manage jobsite inventory as neededInspect completed work for quality and accuracyMentor apprentices and support crew developmentPromote and maintain a safe work environmentQualificationsValid Connecticut P-2 or P-1 Plumbing License preferred5+ years of commercial plumbing experiencePrevious Foreman or leadership experienceStrong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction practicesAbility to read and interpret construction documents and blueprintsOSHA certification is a plusValid driver's licenseBenefits & PerksDirect hire opportunityCompetitive pay: $40-$50/hr DOEFull benefits packageStable, year-round workCareer advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environment with a strong reputation in the industryIf you're a licensed plumber with leadership experience looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected Connecticut contractor, we'd like to hear from you.
