UX Specialist

To support the integrity of the experience system, the contract UX Specialist / Experience Systems Specialist will work remotely during EST hours, focusing on accessibility validation, design-to-development collaboration, and experience system governance for scalable digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Apply and validate WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards across experiences and conduct pre-launch reviews Ensure accurate implementation of template and interaction designs in production through collaboration with Front-End Engineering Maintain scalable template architecture and validate structured content against template requirements Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Design Systems, or related fields Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and accessibility best practices Experience with template systems and design-to-development handoffs Strong systems-thinking mindset with excellent communication skills Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with accessibility testing tools
