• 2-3 years of Submerged Arc welding experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate Sub Arc welding equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Safety-focused mindset and ability to follow welding procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Operate submerged arc welding equipment to join metal components accurately and efficiently
• Perform welds that meet quality standards, code requirements, and job specifications
• Complete required weld testing successfully
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production schedules and deadlines
• Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and welding standards Testing Requirements
• 1G Sub Arc Weld Test (Radiographed) Work Environment
• Industrial manufacturing / welding production environment
• Exposure to welding equipment, heavy materials, heat, sparks, and fabrication activity
