This role focuses on supporting field staff with new and existing technologies, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and enabling users to effectively perform their job functions through innovative use of technology. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite technical support to end users across the assigned district Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues Support and manage desktop and laptop computers, as well as wireless/mobile devices Assist users with Microsoft technologies including Windows, Office 365, SharePoint, and MS Teams Respond to and track service requests using help desk/ticketing systems Escalate complex issues as needed and ensure timely resolution and communication Work closely with field staff to implement and support new technology solutions Deliver excellent customer service with a strong "customer-first" mindset Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and support activities Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with Microsoft technologies: Windows OS Microsoft Office Suite (including Office 365/Online) SharePoint and MS Teams Hands‑on experience with desktop/laptop support and wireless devices Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and techniques Experience with help desk ticketing systems and reporting tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities Demonstrated customer service skills Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required Will be required to drive a state vehicle as part of the role Daily onsite interaction with end users across the district Field support environment requiring mobility and adaptability #J-18808-Ljbffr Info Origin Inc
