QUALIFICATIONS Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with proper endorsements (DX or DI) and evidence of MTTC scores Must meet MCL 380.1531 & Administrative Rules Governing the Certification of MI Teachers Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education and/or Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable DUTIES Differentiate lessons for specific abilities Use research-based instructional techniques Oversee small group and whole group instruction Provide a learning environment that is trauma-informed Provide instruction to address the State Benchmarks Use appropriate technology tools Complete records in a timely manner Actively participate in school committees Actively participate in department data analysis Communicate to all members of the school & community Meet the physical and mental demands of the teaching profession and the position Maintain philosophy in accord with Lincoln Park Public Schools Work cooperatively with staff Follow the requirements of supervisors Provide classroom instruction and keep accurate student records Other duties as assigned RESPONSIBLE TO Building Principal and Assistant Principals WORK SCHEDULE According to School Calendar SALARY According to LPEA Master Agreement #J-18808-Ljbffr Michigan Association of School Boards
