We’re a growing tax and advisory firm seeking a polished, service-driven professional to lead the client experience from the very first interaction. This is more than a traditional front desk or administrative role—you’ll play a key part in creating a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience for every client.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Guide clients through onboarding, appointment scheduling, document submission, and firm processes.
• Manage seasonal scheduling and coordinate appointments with our tax professionals.
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Resolve concerns and escalate complex matters when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records, notes, and communication logs.
• Partner with our tax team to ensure a smooth and consistent client experience.
• Help improve client communication, workflows, and overall service standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, executive support, client services, office administration, or another high-touch customer service environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished, and confident demeanor.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Comfortable learning new systems, workflows, and business processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
• Full-time, in-office availability.
