Budget Analyst
Duties
The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of the principles, concepts and methodology of budget formulation to review, edit and consolidate budget estimates from Headquarters and to adjust data in related forms and schedules.
- Knowledge of principles and objectives (laws, statues, and regulations) of Government Budget to perform regular, standard assignments for appropriate fund activities.
- Find ways to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed and develop performance standard and manages performance appraisal program.
- Ability to analyze and prepare financial reports for financial management.
- Knowledge of and skill in performing functions associated with the operating system and software capability to manipulate data, perform queries and produce reports.
- Skill in communicating orally and in writing to obtain and provide information related to budget matters.
- Other duties as assigned.
