We have multiple open roles across a number of different teams within Investment Operations, offering opportunities to align to areas covering Alternatives, Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, and Regulatory Reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including investors, trading groups, client service teams, other operational groups as well as technology partners to deliver outcomes that have a real impact for our clients, support process improvements, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy and client service. In this role, you will develop your analytical skills, contribute to a culture of innovation and teamwork, and develop a broad understanding of the investment lifecycle with the opportunity of rotating through a variety of functions in your early career with us.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide operational support across product channels and lifecycle activities, which may include trade support, confirmations, settlements, cash processing, asset transfers, corporate actions, reconciliations and reportingMonitor daily workflows and identify changes, breaks, and gaps in operational processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of activitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization, controls enhancement, and operational risk reduction across end-to-end touchpointsEnsure accurate and timely escalation and resolution of inquiries, exceptions, and client-impacting issuesAddress ad hoc queries from front office, technology, finance, custodians, brokers, fund administrators, and other internal/external stakeholdersAssist with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory or internal reporting requirements, maintaining strong governance and documentation standardsCollaborate with business, technology, and operations partners to support requirements gathering, testing, and implementation for future enhancements, products, and control improvementsLearn and adopt approved AI tools and new technologies to enhance operational services—improving efficiency, accuracy, and client outcomes while maintaining strong controls, governance, and data disciplineRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsEntry-level role - no prior experience requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills with working proficiency in EnglishProficiency in Excel and comfort working with data (e.g., organizing, validating, reconciling, and reporting) with the ability to learn new systems quicklyHighly disciplined self-starter with strong organizational skills Intellectually curious with an attention to detailTeam player with a strong work ethic, professionalism, a continuous improvement mindset and an ability to collaborate across global teamsAbility to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentNaturally curious and passionate about learning new skills and enjoy continuously improving processes through initiative, experimentation, through partnership with othersPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsInterest in financial markets and the investment lifecycle across products such as Alternatives, Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and DerivativesExposure to data analytics, automation, and reporting tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Python) Demonstrated interest to AI-enabled tooling or automation approaches (e.g., prompt-based assistants, workflow orchestration) Experience in operations, finance, or a related environment J.P.
