Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity impacting students’ lives in a supportive K-12 environment! This school-based position offers the chance to work full-time during the 2026-2027 academic year, providing Speech-Language Pathology services for students primarily with Autism, many of whom benefit from Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices. You’ll collaborate within a dynamic team, servicing a manageable caseload—typically 10 or fewer students.

Ideal candidates will bring clinical expertise and compassion, delivering individualized therapy and celebrating every step of progress. You'll be instrumental in fostering communication growth and confidence in your students while enjoying a balanced workweek.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid CCC-SLP certification
• Eligibility for appropriate state licensure
• Previous experience in school settings, especially with K-12 students
• Familiarity with AAC devices and interventions for children with Autism
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy for K-12 students identified with speech and language needs
• Work with a focused caseload, tailoring strategies for students on the Autism spectrum, many with AAC needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff for comprehensive student services
• Document progress and meet compliance standards
• Adapt approaches and materials to meet individualized goals

Position Details:

• Contract covering August 2026 – June 2027
• Full-time hours (32.5–37.5 hours per week)
