Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFs considered
• Experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide guidance and resources to staff and families for supporting students beyond therapy sessions
