Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Clinical knowledge of IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Document progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Deliver both one-on-one and small group therapy
• Guide teachers and families with strategies to support language development in the classroom and at home
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and advocacy
