At our restaurant, Shift Leaders aren't just supervisorsthey're hands-on leaders who set the tone for every shift. You'll lead by example, work side-by-side with your team, and ensure every guest walks out impressed.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• High school diploma, some post-high school education a plus
• 1-2 years previous leadership experience in some capacity

Work Environment:

• On your feet, active, and engaged throughout your shift
• Work around hot equipment and in a busy kitchen setting
• Lift, move, and handle supplies as needed
• This position works in an environment where peanuts and peanut products are present and handled throughout the restaurant. Employees may have regular or repeated exposure to peanuts, peanut dust, peanut oils, and other peanut-containing materials during normal job duties.
