Assistant Director of Enrollment Management Analytics

Promote data-informed decision-making across the Strategic Enrollment Management unit Assist with operational functions of the applicant evaluation and selection process Design and deliver data-literacy training programs for the enrollment team Lead development of statistical and evidence-informed models supporting admissions, scholarships, financial aid, and student success strategies Monitor external research on enrollment, admissions, and student finances and disseminate relevant findings Support admissions evaluation operations and decision-release procedures Help develop metrics and evaluation criteria to assess admissions-process effectiveness and fairness Recommend process improvements based on evaluation findings Collaborate with enrollment operations, systems, marketing, and recruitment teams to refine enrollment strategies Provide actionable data insights for enrollment planning, resource allocation, and priority setting Collaborate with the Senior Director of Evaluation and Selection on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Report directly to the Senior Director of Evaluation and Selection Serve as an individual contributor without direct staff supervision Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, enrollment management, or a related field within higher education Experience implementing data-driven strategies Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly and actionably Prior experience in graduate admissions, including application review and scholarship evaluation preferred Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to engage effectively with academic leaders and staff Critical and creative problem-solving ability Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in data analytics and enrollment management, with a strong focus on implementing data-driven strategies and developing statistical models to enhance admissions processes.
