Position / Specialty: OR RN Shift: Will work 3x12s, Days, (630a-7p) Is on-call Rup to 4 call shifts (EoS-7a) per month Schedule: as needed, including 1 weekend shift (630a-7p Saturday OR Sunday) per month Weekend REQ: up to one working weekend shift every 4 weeks. Holidays: Traveler will be required to work at least one of the holiday periods. Christmas: Tuesday, Dec. 24 - Thursday, Dec. 26 New years: Tuesday, Dec. 31 - Wednesday Jan. 1 Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift Hospital Highlights The Main Operating Room is within a level-one, academic trauma center. There are 21- OR suites which cover all surgical specialties, to include; Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics. The nursing teams consists of 75% Registered Nurses and 25% Certified Surgical Technologist. RN's are trained to both scrub and circulate surgical procedures. The Main OR is a busy and dynamic nurse driven, Magnet designated department, that provides cutting-edge technology to the citizens of SC.
