In this role, you will serve three school sites, working with a diverse student population whose exact numbers will be confirmed before your start date. You'll engage 35 hours per week on a consistent daytime schedule, allowing for a rewarding balance of professional growth and personal time.

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
• Active SLP Certificate (CCC required)
• Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Adaptability to work across elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
• Dedicated to supporting students of varying abilities and backgrounds

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing direct therapy
• Partnering with teachers and families to optimize student outcomes
• Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Offering consultative support to staff within each building to promote best practices
