Caregiver

$14 - $19 per hour

University Home Care

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional home care services to our clients in Ann Arbor, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Help with mobility and transfers as needed
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor clients' health condition and report any changes to supervisors or medical professionals
Adhere to care plans and follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

Previous caregiving or related experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility
Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor
Must pass background check
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Benefits

Competitive pay rate of $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month
