At our Supported Living program, we provide a safe, empowering environment for individuals with TBIs who need ongoing assistance with daily living. Our mission is to help every individual live with dignity, independence, and purpose — and our Caregivers are at the heart of that mission.

What You’ll Do

As part of our skilled and supportive team, you will:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care
• Help ensure proper nutrition and medication support
• Encourage independence and teach important life skills 
• Support participation in educational, social, vocational, and recreational activities
• Build meaningful relationships while making a real difference every day

Responsibilities

What you will do:

. Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
