Proven ability to lead, build and develop teams that consist of skilled roles. Proven ability to deliver on time in full, influencing other departments to support achievement of objectives. Experience with world class manufacturing process, and methods, Lean, Kaizen, 6s, TMP (talent management program), and other advance manufacturing methodologies, tools and concepts. Experience at leading production personnel staffing, reviews and goal settings.
