As a member of our Healthcare Digital Transformation (HDTx) team, you will operate across two high-priority mandates: leading IT integration on complex M&A transactions and delivering digital transformation advisory and implementation engagements for healthcare provider clients alongside those transactions.In the M&A context, this leader owns end-to-end IT integration delivery, from due diligence and Day 1 readiness through post-close integration, TSA exit, and value realization. This role is designed for a senior IT integration leader who combines deep transaction experience with strong execution discipline, executive‑level presence, and the ability to build durable, repeatable delivery models.The Director / Senior Director will serve as a hands‑on leader responsible for end‑to‑end IT integration execution across complex mergers, acquisitions, carveouts, and integrations. You will play a central role in ensuring consistent, high-quality IT integration delivery across transactions while contributing to Huron Digital's broader client portfolio. The estimated base salary range for this job is $190,000 - $250,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.
