Position Overview Assistant Field Hockey Coach – Part‑time position within the Department of Athletics. The role involves assisting the field hockey team at practices and competitions, providing skill instruction and supporting team operations. Responsibilities Assist Colgate’s field hockey team at practices and competitions, including skill instruction. Adhere to Head Coach’s philosophy. Provide athletic instruction and coaching. Perform program operations and administration as designated by the head coach. Conduct game scouting and code opponents. Execute post‑game analytics. Assist with camps and clinics. Recruit student athletes. Model leadership behaviors and serve as a role model for student‑athletes. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in coaching or participation in field hockey. Bachelor’s degree required. Current valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Additional coaching or teaching experience. Compensation Wage: $25.00–$30.00 per hour.
