Data Analytics Manager

Leading a team of data professionals, the full-time Data Analytics Manager will manage the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of complex healthcare data to support operational and strategic decision-making while ensuring data integrity and consistency across various sources. Key responsibilities Oversees the design, development, and maintenance of analytics and reporting solutions for executive leadership and operational teams Manages and develops a team of data analysts and reporting analysts, including performance management and workload prioritization Guides analysis related to utilization, cost containment, and operational outcomes, ensuring clarity and actionable insights Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field At least 8 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or data management Minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience Healthcare and/or managed care experience, particularly in claims and regulatory reporting Strong experience with SQL and relational databases
