Brown Health Medical Group is seeking primary care physicians interested in concierge or personalized care models. This is a unique opportunity to bring your high-touch, relationship-based approach to a progressive, team-oriented organization that values innovation, access, and physician fulfillment. 

This new service model combines our collaborative culture and team-based model to deliver exceptional personalized care.  This position can be in either East Greenwich or Cranston, RI.

What You Can Expect:  

• Smaller patient panel options to support deeper relationships and continuity of care
• Extended appointment times for comprehensive visits and wellness planning
• Very light call by phone 
• Optional 24/7 patient access via secure messaging or phone for concierge patients
• Annual executive physicals and personalized health plans
• Opportunity to develop specialty interests such as geriatrics, obesity medicine, LGBTQ+ care, integrative medicine, and office-based procedures
• Academic appointment to Brown University available for those interested in teaching and mentorship
• Epic EMR with ongoing optimization and support
