Outpatient PM&R Physician - Brown University Health

Brown University Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physiatrist to join our expanding outpatient practice focused on general, musculoskeletal, and neurorehabilitation services in Providence, RI. This role offers a multidisciplinary team environment with onsite PT, OT, SLP, Audiology, and Aquatic Therapy, plus opportunities for leadership and service-line growth. Our team prides itself on offering world-class, comprehensive services to our patients. We are looking to expand upon our Neurorehabilitation, Electrodiagnostic, Musculoskeletal, and Oncology service lines.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient, Non-Interventional PM&R
• FT and PT opportunities available
• Opportunity to cover inpatient 1 weekend per month
• Manage musculoskeletal and neurorehabilitation patients across the lifespan
• Provide EMG/NCV diagnostics and ultrasound-guided procedures (preferred)
• Collaborate with therapists, education, social services, and community resources
• Champion evidence-based, goal-directed care in a transdisciplinary model
• Option to teach residents and medical students at Brown University Health

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Eligible for Rhode Island medical licensure
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• 2-3 years clinical experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• $300,000 - $420,000 depending on experience, +RVU bonuses and incentives. Sign-on and Retention bonuses available.
