Lot Coordinator

UR2 is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Coordinator to join our Cincinnati, OH team. This full-time, Monday through Friday position is responsible for supporting the post-repossession process, maintaining the vehicle storage lot, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment while ensuring daily operations run efficiently. In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include: Process repossessed vehicles and upload photosProperly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehiclesComplete condition reports in a timely mannerPrep vehicles for transport to auctionProvide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal propertyProvide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lotOther various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor This is an entry-level position, starting at $18+/hour **$500 SIGN-ON BONUS** *Note* This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment. We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring.
