Retail Team Leader - Fashion Floor & Customer Service

Madrag

Madrag is seeking a Team Leader in Newark, NJ, who will support the Management Team by demonstrating effective selling behavior and promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, maintaining sales floor presentation, providing excellent customer service, and training new sales associates. A high school diploma and 1-2 years of fashion retail experience are required. This position demands availability to work nights and weekends and physical capabilities for lifting and standing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Madrag
