Role Summary Support the EdAssist department of Bright Horizons by helping employees of larger companies with tuition assistance benefits. Responsibilities Respond to employee calls about tuition assistance login issues, benefit eligibility, and documentation requirements. Guide users through document audits and help resolve submission issues for tuition reimbursement. Explain tuition policies clearly and support employees navigating the benefit process with accuracy and empathy. Handle 30–40 calls per day regarding basic troubleshooting issues such as password resets, portal navigation, and application issues. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year experience in customer service, help desk, or call center. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organized, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused. Typing speed 35 WPM+ and solid data entry skills. Basic Microsoft Outlook and computer proficiency. Comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly.
