How do I make an impact on my team? Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages. Promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease Verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock What Success Looks Likes Previous bartending experience and or leadership preferred Menu development and cocktail creation Inventory and ordering experience Experience with Micros/Simphony or other POS systems Beer, wine, and spirits certifications Scheduling experience Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting What Will You Get At NCG Hospitality?
