Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Exciting opportunities await licensed Speech-Language Pathologists looking to make a difference in a dynamic school environment. Two contract positions are available for the 2026-27 school year, supporting students near Rohnert Park, CA, in settings known for their collaborative and encouraging teams.
Enjoy a consistent schedule—Monday through Friday, approximately 7 hours per day—while providing direct support to students as part of a caring, multidisciplinary group.
Qualifications Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP certification preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Experience working with school-aged children, including those in general education and special education (SDC and RSP)
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy services across diverse caseloads, ranging from extensive support to general education
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to foster positive outcomes
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Provide support and resources to classroom teachers and families, contributing to a welcoming academic environment
Position Details:
- Opening 1: Serve middle school students across three SDCs (mild/moderate and extensive support) and students in RSP or general education programs
- Opening 2: Cover two elementary sites, with a mix of general education and extensive support needs (grades TK-5)
