Ken Brown State Farm is seeking a highly motivated Acquisitions Specialist to join our high-performing agency. This is a sales-dominant position built for someone who enjoys pursuing opportunities, closing business, and being rewarded for results.

We're looking for a true sales professional-a confident communicator who can build rapport quickly, uncover needs, overcome objections, and ask for the business. At the same time, we believe great salespeople put customers first. Success here means helping customers make informed decisions while consistently driving new business growth.

Licensing Requirements

This is a licensing-contingent position. You do not need to be licensed to apply.

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date.
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting.
• We provide study resources, guidance, and full support throughout the licensing process.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, warm leads, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover risks, priorities, and insurance needs.
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities from initial conversation to closed business.
• Confidently handle objections and ask for the sale.
• Cross-sell multiple product lines to help customers build more complete protection.
• Develop relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Track sales activity and consistently work toward individual and agency production goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable agency and regulatory requirements.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
