Job Title Principal Product Manager Salary $170,000 – $185,000 plus 15% on-target bonus Location Hoboken, NJ (Expectations 2-3 days a month onsite, the bulk of the time can be remote) Core Requirements & Responsibilities 6+ years of Product Management experience in high‑scale B2C or B2B2C environments, driving long‑term strategy and feature prioritization. Proven track record as a senior or principal individual contributor delivering high‑visibility digital products with clear business impact within complex enterprise ecosystems. Lead day‑to‑day continuous discovery and rapid delivery cycles alongside product designers, engineers, and data scientists. Partner with engineering on system architecture and technical trade‑offs to upgrade legacy applications and consolidate system functionalities.
