What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a high-acuity Level IV NICU environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and healthcare professionals
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for neonates with diverse medical conditions
• Participate in rotating shifts across multiple facilities within the healthcare system
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and promote best practices in neonatal care
• Support families through education and compassionate communication

What You Need

• Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner board certification (NP-C, NE-BC, or similar)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an NNP, specifically with high-acuity neonatal cases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing the highest quality care to neonatal patients
