End Date/Duration: Permanent position

Shift: Rotating shifts (including 24-hour shifts at Level III units, 10-12 hour Day/Night shifts at Level IV)

Hours/week: Full-time

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Licensure/Certs: NNP Board Certified (must have 2+ years' recent experience; no new graduates)

Experience: 2+ years as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP)

What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal care in a large-level NICU across multiple hospitals within a 20-30 minute radius
• Manage high-acuity neonatal cases in a state-of-the-art facility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in rotating shifts, including 24-hour periods at Level III units and day/night shifts at Level IV units
• Adhere to safety and quality standards in all patient interactions
• Support sensitive neonatal procedures and family-centered care

What You Need

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certified
• 2+ years' recent NICU experience (not suitable for new graduates)
• Active Florida license or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills with high-acuity neonatal patients

• Experience with Level III/IV NICUs
• Ability to work flexible rotating shifts
